I am a Reiki Practitioner.  This is a beautiful holistic treatment to help people with stress, emotional issues and pain.  

Reiki is a method of transferring universal life-giving energy - or 'Ki'  for the harmony of the body, mind and soul.  It addresses both the cause and effect of illness.  It is transferred by gently placing the hands on your own body or that of another person.  No religious philosophy is necessary to do Reiki although it is thought of as a spiritual system.  People of varying philosophical views, ages and life circumstances can enjoy this loving art.  This is a fully clothed therapy.

Reiki is a very old system that was rediscovered in the late 1800's by a Japanese Buddhist Monk named Dr Mikao Usui.  

I have had some amazing results with my clients.  I have my own Reiki room separate to the house.  I ensure all family members are out of my home so you can have a relaxing, calming experience.  I can also use crystals with my practice plus some lovely essential oils.  I can assure you will feel quite dreamy after the treatment followed by some positive changes to your life!

If you have tried many holistic treatments but have never tried Reiki it will be a very unique to you.  Some clients can have some powerful experiences, some may vision colours, some smells, pictorial visions, sensations or just nothing but just enjoyed the tactile relaxation. Each person is different.  It is a very gentle treatment so clients who may be going through some medical treatment can also receive this treatment too.  

I can also come to your house as I can be mobile if preferred.  The consultation and treatment can take 1 to 1.5 hours and costs £45.
